You have to have EXACTLY 3 Canastas (red or black) before you can GO OUT.
You CAN have MORE than 3 Canastas but you CANNOT go out.
If you DON'T have your 3 Canastas or have OVER 3 Canastas and GO OUT, it will be a DQ.
REMEMBER: DON'T EVER TOUCH THE PILE.
